The Problem

Emily had been retailing through Etsy and was ready to take the next step in developing a stronger brand presence and retail experience. She wanted to have an easily managed site that would allow for her unique, hand-made candles to shine in the luxury space while still feeling warm and approachable.

Our Solution

We rebranded Birch House Candles by refining and vectorizing the existing logo and developing secondary brand marks and scent illustrations. New color and typography helped to modernize the creative direction while pushing the identity up-market. Once a brand strategy and creative direction were established, we brought the concepts together on a custom build Squarespace website. The eCommerce solution allows for the brand to easily grow and update their collections seasonally while still managing sales and the client experience on a single platform.
