the problem

Tabitha, the owner of Sacred Hour, reached out to the studio hoping to revamp her website to feel more boutique and upscale. The previous iteration of the brand and site were functioning well, but not honoring the beautifully curated aesthetics of the Sacred Hour experiences.

The brand had grown from a single spa to two spa locations, a yoga & breathwork studio, a lounge, an annual wellness retreat, and a vacation rental in Joshua Tree. The website and general branding were no longer serving the brand in a meaningful way as a lifestyle wellness brand, not just a spa location.

our solution

We began the project with a full strategic deep dive into the brand’s creative direction and audience. We redefined the aesthetics to be more in alignment with the brand’s in-person experience. For the website, we layered textures and type to craft something edgy, while still soft, and modern.

We gave more presence to the brand’s offerings by featuring paths to each in several areas of the homepage. Secondary logos were designed for the Lounge and slight aesthetic distinctions were made.
